Established in 2020, Nexus – Team of Highly Able is a government-recognized and ISO 9001:2015 certified organization dedicated to advancing skill development, vocational training, and entrepreneurship in India.
Born out of a vision to close the gap between education and employability, Nexus was founded by a group of passionate educators, technocrats, and social innovators determined to build a future-ready workforce. Since inception, we have been working at the grassroots level as well as in urban centers to ensure that every learner—regardless of background—has access to high-quality, affordable, and job-relevant training.

Our Goal

By 2030, we envision:
  • Training over 1,00,000 learners across India
  • Partnering with 500+ institutions and NGOs
  • Creating a nationwide ecosystem of skill hubs, mentors, and career pathways
